This accommodation is primarily a luxury bed and breakfast suite. However it can be rented in combination with any of the cottages at Penventinue Manor Farm but it is only suitable for occupation by guests aged 18 or more.
It can be made to intercommunicate with the sitting room in Pond View Cottage, which is accessed down three steps. Pond View Cottage is then transformed into a three bedroom, six person cottage.
The suite has recently been finished to the very highest of standards. It has a natural oak floor finish throughout, except for the bathroom which has a ceramic tile floor.
An entrance lobby is reached via a gravel path that leads from the parking area. A small gravel area provides some casual seating with half a dozen slate steps to the entrance door. The lobby has a tea and coffee maker.
The bedroom has twin beds and is fully equipped, including a couple of comfortable chairs, with a television and sound system. The television receives Freeview channels and has a DVD and a video player. Heating is provided by a fully controllable electric convection system.
The luxury bathroom has a heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
