Pond View Cottage
Access to the cottage is via the terrace which is four shallow steps up from the gravel forecourt. Downstairs there is a sitting room with natural oak flooring and a dining area and kitchen with a ceramic floor finish. There is a colour television which receives Freeview channels, a DVD player and a sound system in the sitting room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble drier.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a 5’0” bed and the other with two single beds. There is a shared shower room.
There is a woodburner in the sitting room as well as a night storage heater. The double bedroom also has a night storage heater. The twin bedroom has a convection heater and the shower room has a heated towel rail.
