Meals can be taken in our elegantly restored Victorian dining room. Both breakfast and dinner are available and are prepared and cooked to order. Meals are therefore subject to 24 hours’ advance notice.
Sample menus can be sent to you if required. Most special requests can be catered for so please just ask if you have a particular favourite or a special dietary restriction.
Unfortunately we are not licensed but you are welcome to bring your own drinks.
Diners must be at least sixteen years of age. For those with younger children, we offer a more limited take-away menu suitable for consumption in your cottage.
Many ingredients are home produced using traditional methods. Otherwise meat is obtained from Charles Harris in Tywardreath and fish and seafood are from Fowey Fish, Fowey and Richards, Par. Vegetables are from Richards at Par. We try to ensure that most products are from Cornish sources.
We always eat home baked bread, cakes and pastries. These can be provided for consumption in your cottage, or even to take home, but again advance notice is required.
