The triple aspect sitting room is only a single step up from the gravel forecourt area. There is a small dining room and kitchen off the sitting room. There is a colour television in the sitting room and a sound system in the dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a freezer located in the cupboard under the stairs.
Leading off the sitting room and three steps up is a bedroom with three single beds. It has an en suite bathroom. There is a shower over the bath.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 5’0” bed and a bathroom. There is a hand spray over the bath. Off the bathroom is a laundry centre with both a washing machine and a tumble drier.
The sitting room has a woodburner as well as a night storage heater and a convection heater. Both bedrooms have night storage heaters while the dining room has a convection heater. The upstairs bathroom has a heated towel rail.
